5304 Leading Organizational Change Projects first included exploring 'My Why'.  After this was completed, It was time to put together a couple of strategies that focused on our readings.  The Influencer Strategy and Implementation using 4DX was the focus.  Putting it all together and communicating was the last big project.  The reflection of work completed included writing an evaluation of self worth in the class.  This argument is known as a contribution to learning and community.
